Kelayakan
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in HR or administration will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
Maintain employee records and filing systems.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and other related documents.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Assist with recruitment arrangements, including interview scheduling and onboarding.
Handle office administration, stationery, and general office support.
Liaise with government agencies and external parties when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
