· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
· Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
· Able to work for shift, morning shift from 8am – 5 pm, afternoon shift from 1pm – 10pm
· 5 Days per week, working days : Thursday to Monday.
Proficiency in English and Malay, able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat).
· Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products & services.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of complex problems.
· Escalate unresolved issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints into call log.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
