Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. A Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, call centre, or a related role. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems or hospital management systems is an added advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

  • Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  1. Attend to the need of the customer.

  2. Keep accurate record of discussion or correspondence with customer.

  3. Gather customer feedback or complaint for the Front Office Manager to act upon.

  4. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on all medical appointments.

  5. Perform medical appointment and reminder call to customer.

  6. Collection of outstanding or due from the customer and member.

  7. Receive call / inquiry and direct and / or record and relay message  promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously. 

  8. Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and are neatly groomed and attired at all times while at work.

  9. Control and monitor the movement of all marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, premiums and etc.

  10. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
