  • Assist customers regarding insurance-related information, policy services, and general enquiries.

  • Deliver professional and high-quality customer service.

  • Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

  • Adhere to company policies and service standards.

Tanggungjawab

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)

  • Minimum SPM qualification

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Candidates with Customer Service experience will have an added advantage
