Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with a passion for customer service.

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Assist customers in selecting healthcare, wellness, personal care, and over-the-counter (OTC) products.

Provide excellent customer service and answer general product enquiries.

Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs while referring medication-related questions to the pharmacist.

Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting ongoing campaigns and products.

Replenish shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are displayed neatly.
