Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, order processing, sales support, customer operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
Experience handling customer enquiries and supporting customers throughout the complete order lifecycle.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience using Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.
Willingness to provide support for urgent customer orders outside standard working hours when required, particularly for Europe and US regions.

As part of its global operations, the company is looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist to support customer order processing and ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience across international markets.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, order requests, and order-related issues.
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, from order receipt and validation through fulfillment and delivery.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure all order information is complete and compliant with company procedures.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor order progress, proactively identify potential delays, and provide timely updates to customers.
Resolve order processing issues, customer enquiries, and delivery-related concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure order transactions are completed accurately within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate customer and order records within CRM and ERP systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending workflow enhancements.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to support operational excellence and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Additional Information
This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and operates on a hybrid working arrangement.
Working Hours: Malaysia Business Hours (GMT+8)
Note: This role supports a global energy business, requiring flexibility to manage urgent customer orders outside standard working hours when necessary, particularly for Europe and US regions. Approximately 80% of the order volume supports the Asia Pacific region.
