HR Executive
Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
About the Role
Delima Emas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated, proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resource team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Payroll Administration and Employee Relations, who are passionate about ensuring HR compliance and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes, including attendance, leave, overtime (OT), allowances and payroll adjustments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955, labour regulations and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, grievances and exit interviews.
- Prepare HR reports and headcount analysis for Management.
- Monitor HR documentation and ensure proper approvals for all HR transactions.
- Provide HR advisory support to Department Heads on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Payroll Administration and Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour regulations.
- Experience in handling disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, grievances and employee counselling will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
