Job Description

1. Assessment: To evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical history, and symptoms to determine the root cause of their impairments or limitations. Use various assessment techniques, such as observing movement patterns, conducting physical examinations, and reviewing medical records

2. Diagnosis: Based on the assessment findings, physiotherapists diagnose the specific condition or injury affecting the patient's physical function. Identify the underlying factors contributing to the problem and develop a treatment plan accordingly.

3. Treatment Planning: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. These plans may include exercises, manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy, Laser therapy, and other interventions aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall physical function.

4. Rehabilitation: Guide patients through rehabilitation programs to help them regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Provide hands-on therapy, prescribe exercises, and educate patients on self-management techniques to facilitate recovery and prevent further injury.

5. Patient Education: Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and strategies for preventing future injuries. Teach proper body mechanics, ergonomics and lifestyle modification to promote long-term health and wellbeing.

6. Promoting: Promote laser & shockwave packages based on the patients needs.

7. Monitoring and Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess and monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process. Adjust treatment plans as needed, track improvements, and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.

8. Documentation: maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessment, treatment plans, progress notes and outcomes.

9. Collaboration: Often work as part of multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

10. Handling most of musculoskeletal (Laser Therapy) and men’s health cases (Shockwave therapy for ED/CPP).

11.Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to the Company’s emails and Whats App, and managing patient billing and insurance claims. Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed

Requirement

Qualified physiotherapist with 1-2 years working experience

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Good observation skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and has the ability to work under pressure

Ability to work with minimum supervision and independently

Located at Jalan Rasah, Seremban

Can start Immediately

Full time position only

Salary: RM2000 – RM3,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
