ChinaHouse in the heritage area of George Town is looking for a Jnr Sous Chef to manage their young team in the main kitchen. You really need to know how to cook and train the team in taste and passion.. The kitchen does a mix of asian and western dishes and tapas specials. We also have a strong pastry kitchen with 7 staff . We need someone who is creative , young with our age limit at 40 and loves to cook . We operate on 2 straight shifts daily, morning and evening . Training can also be in our resort in langkawi, Bon Ton

The candidate will need to have excellent cooking skills and the ability to taste every dish to ensure it is up to standard. And to install this pride in the staff
