Full Time Site Safety Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in DD Group Of Companies - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), relevant regulations, and company HSE policies.
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices at the construction site.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts or unsafe conditions.
• Carry out site safety induction for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings before work activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure compliance with approved safe work procedures.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Maintain all safety documentation, inspection records, permits, and statutory reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous safety awareness among all site personnel.

Requirements

• Registered Competent Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH (Yellow Book) and possess a valid registration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in construction projects.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health regulations and construction safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and workers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites within Sarawak.
• Candidates with experience in road construction or infrastructure projects will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
