Kerja Sepenuh Masa SENIOR WAREHOUSE EXCUTIVE - ASSISTANT MANAGER, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di NIPPON KONPO (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

1. Coordinating entire logistic operations including deliveries to customer sites, warehousing, receiving, processing of customer orders and invoicing.

2. Assisting the logistics team to achieve smooth logistics operation and timely scheduling.

3. Coordinating daily functions of receiving, packing and system updating for order processing.

4. Respond & ensure effective coordination between sales & customers on deliveries.

5. To manage stock movement and ensure inventory and racking are properly maintained.

6. Perform physical stock count and investigation for stock variance (if any).

7. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

8. To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.

9. To prepare the report for Honda Malaysia and NKM such as weekly report, stock report and others related to operation of warehouse.

10. To manage and oversee the transportation for local and outstation including of status, quality and delivery.

11. To ensure the safety regulation is follow based on Honda standard including of accident, misconduct and others related to safety.

12. Any duties as and when assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of working experiences and knowledge in warehouse industries.
• Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Transportation/Business Management or equivalent.
• Able to work & deliver within tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills.
• Good computer knowledge in Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms. PowerPoint.
• Punctuality.
• Required Language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Japanese would be added advantage)
• Able to write & converse in Japanese would be added advantage.
• Full-time position available in KUCHING, SARAWAK.
