Working hour:
Monday - Friday - 9am -6pm
Tanggungjawab
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to company policies and budget constraints.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Handle office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and directing them appropriately.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Translate documents and communications between Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
