Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Automotive Lubricants or related automotive industry.
Experience handling workshop customers, spare parts dealers or distributors is highly preferred.
Diploma or above is preferred (SPM with relevant experience is welcome to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Develop new automotive workshops and expand the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing workshop customers.
Promote and sell premium automotive lubricant products to workshops and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular customer visits to provide product recommendations and technical support.
Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and after-sales services.
Plan and execute sales activities to increase market coverage and brand presence.
Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
