• Minimum of 1 years working experience in consumer retail, fresh grad are welcome

• Familiar with retail sales process

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent.

1. Customer Enquiry Management

• Handle inbound messages from various channels, promptly and professionally.

• Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, promotions, pricing, and eligibility requirements.

• Provide accurate and complete information to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Maintain service quality standards during all customer interactions.

2. Sales Conversion & Lead Management

• Engage with prospective customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.

• Recommend suitable products or services based on customer requirements.

• Convert inbound enquiries into successful sales opportunities.

• Follow up with interested customers to increase conversion rates and sales closure.

3. Application & Documentation Support

• Guide customers through applications (Aeon & Chailease), registration (PlusOne), or purchasing processes.

• Verify customer information and required documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Assist customers with submission requirements and process-related enquiries.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth processing.

4. Compliance & Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and promotions.

• Adhere to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

• Ensure all customer interactions are conducted ethically and professionally.

• Participate in training and development programs to improve performance.
