Education: Diploma and above in any field (Finance/Business preferred but not required)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or client-facing roles

Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and basic financial knowledge

Qualities: Self-motivated, client-focused, highly disciplined, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently

Licenses: RFP/CFP/PCE/TBE qualifications advantageous but not mandatory

Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage

Client Advisory: Guide clients through mortgage and protection planning processes, helping them secure suitable financing and insurance solutions

Financial Analysis: Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend optimal mortgage and insurance coverage

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on competitive mortgage and insurance products across banks and providers

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property agents, banks, insurers, and clients

Application & Documentation: Assist clients with loan and insurance applications, ensuring accurate submission and smooth processing
