Job Description:

• Support the day-to-day commercial operations of the mixed-use development, including marketing, leasing, tenant management, events, and facility coordination.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, branding initiatives, and social media content to enhance brand awareness, visitor traffic, and tenant engagement.
• Manage event space enquiries and coordinate venue bookings, activations, roadshows, launches, and community events.
• Serve as the primary liaison for tenant matters, including enquiries, feedback, maintenance coordination, fit-out matters, and operational support.
• Support leasing administration, including tenancy documentation, renewals, tenant onboarding, and maintenance of tenant records.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.
• Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on maintenance and operational issues with the relevant teams.
• Prepare reports, maintain operational records, and ensure proper documentation of commercial, leasing, and facility matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support the successful execution of commercial and operational activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in commercial property, retail operations, leasing, marketing, event management, or facility management will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Canva, basic photography/videography, or social media management is an added advantage.
• Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
