What You’ll Do - Hands-On & Game-Changing

• Lead offline marketing campaigns that capture attention and deliver real impact.
• Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, suppliers, and event partners - nothing falls through the cracks.
• Manage POSM & promo materials rollout that fuel sales growth.
• Work closely with the sales team to smash trade and retail goals.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on solid data - no guesswork here.
• Drive customer engagement through events, activations, and creative campaigns.
• Step in where needed - keep the marketing engine running at full speed.

What We’re Looking For - Proof You’re Our Next Star

• Fresh graduates with a strong marketing profile are welcome!
• Or 1–2 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven ability to deliver real, measurable campaign results.
• Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads - you know how to drive conversions.
• Energetic, curious, and results-driven - “average” isn’t in your vocabulary.
• A data-driven mindset -because “post and hope” isn’t how we do marketing.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop campaigns.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Experience working with influencers, UGC creators, or event organizers.
• Digital marketing certifications such as Meta Blueprint or Google Ads.
