Job Title

Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate appointments, handle correspondence, organize travel, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.

- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas as required.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation.

- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.

- Assist with personal errands and special projects.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.

- Organize events, meetings, and social engagements.

- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers.

- Manage office supplies and administrative tasks.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

Salary

Salary is competitive and will be based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: RM1,623.72 - RM2,500.00 per month
