Kelayakan

  • Malaysian with excellent command of Mandarin and good written and spoken English.

  • Able to independently handle bilingual documentation and external communications.

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Skilled in document management, record keeping, and filing.

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

  • Mature, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to work effectively with colleagues and business partners from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage daily office administration, including procurement of office supplies, inventory checks, and fixed asset management. Maintain the office environment and office equipment, and liaise with local vendors such as property management, cleaning, and maintenance service providers to ensure smooth daily office operations.

  • Handle visitor reception, meeting arrangements, courier and document handling, office announcements, and complete various administrative and office support tasks.

  • Assist the project team in collecting, verifying, organizing, scanning, and filing project documents. Maintain both electronic and hardcopy filing systems. Assist with printing, formatting, and binding project reports, documents, and tender submissions to ensure project documents are well-organized and easily accessible, supporting daily project operations.

  • Assist with employee onboarding documentation, attendance records, and personnel file management.

  • Organize invoices, receipts, and reimbursement claims, and support the Finance team with reconciliations and payment documentation.

  • Safeguard company licenses and certification documents, monitor their validity, and assist in preparing documentation for annual renewals and regulatory compliance.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and project support duties assigned by management.
