Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years experience in automotive sales or dealer network management.
Experience working with principal office or automotive distributor preferred.
Strong understanding of dealer operations and sales processes.
Proven ability to drive dealer performance and achieve sales targets.
Willing to travel frequently within assigned region.

Responsibilities
1. Dealer Sales Target Achievement (Core Responsibility)
Ensure all dealers in the assigned area achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor dealer wholesale, retail, and order bank performance.
Track dealer pipeline, bookings, and conversion rates.
Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans to recover underperforming dealers.
Provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates to Head of Sales.
2. Dealer Performance Management
Conduct regular dealer visits to review sales operations and performance.
Ensure dealers maintain active sales pipeline and proper follow-up process.
Monitor showroom traffic, sales activities, and lead management.
Guide dealers in improving productivity and sales efficiency.
Ensure dealer compliance with principal sales processes and standards.
3. Dealer Sales Planning & Forecasting
Work with dealers to develop monthly and quarterly sales plans.
Ensure accurate forecasting and order planning from dealers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure healthy inventory management.
Support stock allocation planning to meet area sales requirements.
4. B2B and Fleet Sales Support
Support dealers in securing fleet, corporate, and government sales.
Assist dealers in managing key corporate accounts and tender opportunities.
Ensure dealers actively develop local corporate sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Head of Sales on major B2B opportunities.
5. Dealer Development & Capability Improvement
Identify dealer weaknesses and implement improvement plans.
Train and guide dealer sales teams on sales strategies and product positioning.
Support dealer network expansion and dealer readiness.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor regional market trends and opportunities.
Submit regular reports on dealer performance, pipeline, and market updates.
7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong working relationship with dealer principals and sales teams.
Ensure alignment between dealer operations and principal objectives.
Act as escalation point for dealer operational and sales matters.
