Exodus F&B 3 Sdn. Bhd. (Core Food Holding Sdn Bhd) is a Malaysia-based food & beverage company behind Sushi Hiro, a Japanese dining brand, specializing in restaurant operations, brand development, and multi-outlet F&B management in Malaysia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Japanese cuisine or Food & Beverage industry.

• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Ability to planning, developing & executing both digital & offline marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

• Work closely with the operations and management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Develop engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

• Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  

Content Creation & Coordination

• Develop engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, Tiktok & etc.) and grow online presence.

• Monitor digital performance metrics and assist in SEO/SEM strategies.
  

Event Marketing

• Support in organizing seminars, webinars, exhibitions.

• Prepare event materials, liaise with speakers, and ensure brand consistency.
  

Branding & PR

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure materials reflect Exodus’s premium and professional image.

• Assist in developing press releases and media engagement where needed.
  

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support data-driven decisions.

• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
