Kerja Sepenuh Masa Backhoe / Excavator Operator (Valid Licence Required), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Nine Hundred Builders Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Possess a valid Backhoe and/or Excavator Competency Certificate/Operator Licence recognised in Malaysia.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating backhoe or excavator in construction projects.

• Experience in sewerage, drainage, earthworks or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

• Knowledge of safe excavation practices and underground utility protection.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.

• Able to work overtime, weekends and travel to project sites when required.

• Good attitude, responsible and safety conscious.

• No serious traffic or safety violation records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid CIDB Green Card.

• Possess GDL Licence (added advantage).

• Experience operating multiple types of heavy machinery.

• Knowledge of SHASSIC safety requirements.

• Familiar with GPS machine guidance systems (added advantage).

• First Aid or Emergency Response training is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate backhoe and excavator safely and efficiently according to project requirements.

2. Perform excavation, trenching, earthworks, backfilling and site preparation works.

3. Load, unload and transport soil, rocks, construction materials and debris.

4. Read and understand construction drawings, excavation levels and site instructions.

5. Carry out daily pre-start inspection of machinery and report any defects immediately.

6. Perform basic preventive maintenance including cleaning, greasing and checking fluid levels.

7. Ensure machinery is operated within manufacturer's safety guidelines.

8. Work closely with Site Supervisor, Project Engineer and Safety Officer to complete assigned tasks.

9. Assist in lifting, grading and material handling activities where required.

10. Follow all company Safety & Health (SHASSIC), CIDB and DOSH requirements.

11. Ensure excavation works do not damage underground utilities such as water pipes, sewer lines, electrical or communication cables.

12. Maintain accurate machine logbook, fuel usage and daily work records.

13. Report accidents, unsafe conditions and equipment failures immediately.

14. Maintain cleanliness and security of assigned machinery.

15. Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
