Mandarin Speaker

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience in handling full set accounts.

Experience in preparing monthly management accounts.

Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis is preferred.

Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR and month-end closing.

Experience in a shared services or multi-company environment is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is an added advantage.

You will be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of assigned companies within the Group.

Handle full set accounts independently.

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Perform month-end and year-end closing.

Review General Ledger transactions and ensure accounting accuracy.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.

Perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Analyses financial performance and provide insights to management.

Prepare cash flow reports and financial analysis.

Support group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities.

Participate in finance system enhancement, process improvement and automation projects.

Guide and support junior finance team members where required.

Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
