• High Manual Delicacy & Creativity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and steady hands. Ideal for individuals who enjoy meticulous, detailed hobbies like DIY crafts, scale modeling (Gundam/figurines), jewelry making, woodworking, or intricate nail art.

• Patient & Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for imperfections, textures, and symmetry. Ability to sit and focus on fine-tuning small objects for extended periods.

• No Experience Needed: On-the-job training will be provided. A passionate, "eager-to-learn" attitude is highly valued over formal dental certification.

• If you have Trimming &/or Polishing Experience it would be a bonus.

• Precision Trimming & Fitting: Carefully trim, adjust, and fit dental models using specialized hand tools and micro-motors.

• Surface Sanding & Finishing: Use various grades of sandpaper, burs, and rotary tools to smooth out rough edges and shape pieces to exact specifications.

• High-Shine Polishing: Polish completed dental work using polishing wheels, compounds, and steam cleaners to achieve a flawless, smooth, and high-gloss finish.
