• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Sales and marketing experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM software, SEO, SEM, and social media is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills.

Sales
• Conduct market research, networking, and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and follow up with potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Marketing
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Support content creation for social media, emails, brochures, and other platforms.
• Manage the company website and social media updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
