We are looking for passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our Front Office team at our modern 5-star luxury hotel.

Welcoming guests from around the world, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality with professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail. As part of our Front Office team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for every guest from the moment they arrive.

Job Details:

  • Position: Front Office Associate

  • Location: KL Area & Ampang Park (Direct access via LRT)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

  • Language Requirement: Mandarin & English (B2 Level)

  • Salary: Competitive salary based on academic qualifications and relevant working experience + Allowances

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or higher qualification.

  • Fresh graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

  • A friendly, positive, and guest-focused personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests from around the world.

  • Calm, organised, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Good command of both English and Mandar1n; additional languages will be an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Customer Service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

  • Manage check-in, check-out, room assignments, guest records, and billing accurately and efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns while maintaining the highest level of service.

  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager and other departments to ensure smooth daily hotel operations.

  • Build meaningful guest relationships by anticipating needs and delivering personalised service throughout their stay.

  • Recommend local attractions, dining experiences, shopping destinations, and cultural highlights to enhance each guest's visit.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
