• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children with developmental, sensory, and motor challenges.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on each child's needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based one-to-one occupational therapy sessions.
• Support the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, play, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.
• Monitor each child's progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and provide updates to parents regarding the child's development, therapy goals, achievements, and recommendations.
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers on home programmes and strategies to promote carryover of skills.
• Collaborate closely with Behaviour Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
• Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and the standards of occupational therapy practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in paediatric occupational therapy is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continuously develop professionally.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Compassionate, patient, organised, and passionate about working with children.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
