Job Description

• Perform professional scalp analysis and deliver premium Korean head spa therapies.

• Provide excellent customer service and recommend suitable scalp care solutions.

• Attend comprehensive professional training to master Korean-style scalp care techniques.

• Assist customers throughout their treatment journey while maintaining service quality.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in the treatment area.

Job Responsibility

• Deliver high-quality scalp care treatments according to company standards.

• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

• Participate in training and continuously improve professional skills.

• Support daily outlet operations and undertake any other assigned duties.
