• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Location: Mercu 2 (Work in Office)

Contract: 3 Months

Work Schedule: 5 Days Per Week (Including Weekends)

Rotating Shifts Every 2 Months

Shift Schedule

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Noon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Review customer applications and perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks

• Ensure all reviews are completed according to company SOPs and compliance guidelines

• Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent applications and escalate when necessary

• Prevent fraudulent transactions from being processed

• Respond to customer inquiries related to KYC verification and account issues

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case completion

• Support operational and compliance requirements while meeting quality targets
