  • Comfortable handling chat, calls, and email support

  • Able to follow structured procedures and workflows

  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts

  • Assist customers through chat, phone calls, and email

  • Handle common customer concerns such as:

  • Product inquiries

  • Payment or order status

  • Account-related support

  • Follow company SOPs and guidelines when handling cases

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed

  • Update customer records and ticket details accurately

  • Achieve daily productivity and service targets

  • Ensure customer information is handled securely and professionally
