Minimum 3 yearsof experience in the software sales industry, experience in a start-up HRMS applications consulting.
Proven experience in engaging with prospects throughout the sales cycle, including presentations and solution design.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in leading client engagements.
Ability to measure the campaign effectiveness & make data driven decisions.
Tanggungjawab
Develop strategize demo presentation by transform complex technical details into clear, client-friendly presentations and demos.
Maintain demo data and instances to deliver compelling software demonstrations, webinars, and workshop for potential clients and prospects.
Drive lead generation through targeted email marketing, conferences, industry exhibitions, networking events, and other relevant channels.
Engage with diverse clientele, dissect their requirements, and illustrate tailored solutions to address their pain points.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP). Working closely with Sales Consultant to ensure successful accounts closures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
Stay updated on market trends, product landscapes and compliance requirements.
