Kerja Kontrak, Site Supervisor Solar Project (Contract-based) di Pacific Energy System Group Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of construction site experience, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in solar PV, electrical, M&E, or construction projects.

• Valid CIDB green card.

• Ability to read and interpret Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), construction drawings, and technical specifications.

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess good coordination and communication skills to liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants and developer.

• Report site progress, issues, and updates to the management on a regular basis.

• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in Solar PV projects.

• Knowledge of residential construction.

• Familiar with ST, TNB, SEDA, and relevant Malaysian standards.

• GCPV (Grid-Connected PV) certification.

• Supervise and monitor daily solar PV installation activities to ensure work is completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and project schedule.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and developers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor work quality, site safety, and compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant regulations.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects and non-conformance.

• Report site progress and escalate major issues to management in a timely manner.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
