New Business Development

– Identify and target new clients across Malaysia,Indonesia,Thailand,and Vietnam —with a focus on Chinese-invested companies in manufacturing,engineering,and tech

– Promote our full service portfolio:EOR,payroll,RPO ,staff leasing ,visa and work permit assistance,and executive search

– Build your pipeline through outbound outreach (calls,emails,Linked In),referrals,networking events,and inbound follow-ups

Sales Execution

– Lead client conversations from first call to signed contract —covering discovery,solution design, pricing ,and negotiation

– Prepare clear,tailored proposals that match each client's specific headcount and compliance needs

–Work closely with our delivery,legal,and operations teams to make sure every deal is scoped accurately and handed over smoothly

Account Management &Growth

– Keep existing clients happy and look for opportunities to expand the relationship —upselling additional services or referring new service lines

– Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

–Stay current on market trends,competitor activity,and regulatory changes;share insights with leadership regularly

Must-Have

– 1–3 years of B2B sales experience with a real track record —we want to hear about deals you've closed

– Background from a relevant industry:HR firm ,EOR or manpower agency,headhunting / executive search,RPO provider,or visa and immigration services

–An existing network or client base you can tap into early —you don't need to start from zero

–Self-motivated and comfortable owning your pipeline end to end —you set your own schedule and hit your own targets

– Fluent in English (written and spoken)for both client-facing work and internal collaboration

Nice to Have (+)

+Mandarin or Cantonese —most of our clients are Chinese-invested enterprises,and language fluency opens doors that cold emails can't

+ Direct experience working with Chinese-invested companies —you understand their cross-border HR pain points and compliance expectations

+A closed EOR, RPO ,or cross-border recruitment deal on your resume

+Solid understanding of local labor markets and employment regulations in Malaysia,Indonesia, Thailand,or Vietnam
