Demonstrated experience in corporate training, sales coaching, or franchise operations.
Strong background in B2C or B2B sales, specifically with a track record of teaching others how to close deals.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master and teach proprietary software platforms (experience with design or operational software is a strong plus).
Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping business partners succeed and scale their operations.
Tanggungjawab
Onboarding & Induction: Lead the end-to-end training program for all newly signed franchise partners, ensuring they understand the IPO brand standards and operational workflows.
Systems Training: Conduct in-depth, hands-on training sessions on the Sunpina software, ensuring partners are highly proficient in using it for their daily operations.
Sales & Product Training: Coach partners on proven sales strategies, objection handling, and closing techniques specifically tailored to selling premium carpentry and fit-out projects.
Curriculum Development: Create, update, and maintain training manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), video tutorials, and sales playbooks.
Performance Monitoring: Assess the operational and sales performance of new partners during their first 90 days. Provide targeted coaching and refresher training to address any skill gaps.
Ongoing Support: Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners regarding operational queries, software troubleshooting, and sales advice.
