Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Experience with AutoCount Accounting is an added advantage.
Responsible, willing to learn, organised, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently with guidance.
Tanggungjawab
Assist with daily HR, administration, and basic accounting tasks.
Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and resignation letters.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll information and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS).
Prepare quotations, invoices, statements, and official receipts.
Record basic accounting transactions using AutoCount Accounting.
Follow up on customer payments and maintain proper filing records.
Handle emails, phone calls, and general office administration.
Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
