• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or technical field.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM

• Only Male candidate will be contacted.

• Basic mechanical or technical knowledge (tool usage).

• Able to read and follow product manuals, safety instructions, and labels.

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Valid driving license B2 & D (GDL license is an added advantage).

• Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform basic maintenance or repair services for customer safes, either on-site or in-house.

• Document and report service activities, issues identified, and any parts replaced.

Events & Roadshows

• Attend and assist with the setup and dismantling of events, exhibitions, and roadshows as required.

• Ensure all products, equipment, and materials are properly transported and handled during events.

Outlet & Operations Support

• Conduct regular quality checks on outlet display products, hygiene standards, marketing materials, merchant terminals, consumable items, and overall atmosphere to ensure compliance with Headquarters standards.

• Transfer stock between Headquarters and outlets as required.

• Monitor inventory records in the system and perform physical stock counts at each outlet to ensure accuracy.

• Support festive decoration setup at outlets as needed.

• Coordinate with contractors to apply for work permits for outlet maintenance and repair works.

• Assist with fit-out projects from initial planning to final installation, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure all fit-out and maintenance work complies with applicable health and safety regulations.

• Prepare monthly summary reports, identify trends, and present findings to management with recommendations for corrective actions.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
