High Salary Scheme

Basic Salary: RM2,000
Product Commission: RM700
Personal Target Incentive: RM1,000

Total Earning Potential: RM3,700 / month (or more)

CITYSPEC OPTICAL provides a strong and proven method to help every Sales Assistant consistently achieve at least RM3,700/month.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing suitable frames and lenses.
  • Explain product features, promotions, and warranty clearly.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through friendly and professional service.

Product Knowledge

  • Learn about lens types, coatings, and frame materials.
  • Understand the differences between single vision, blue light, multifocal, and transition lenses.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Work proactively to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow CITYSPEC’s structured sales flow and recommendation method.
  • Participate in daily team briefings and performance tracking.

Shop Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock organization.
  • Assist in recording customer details and updating the system accurately.
  • Support the Optometrist and team in ensuring smooth store operations.
