Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Administration, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a related field.
Experience in invoicing, stock management, logistics coordination, and HR administration.
Knowledge of AutoCount is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
Handle daily invoicing and prepare sales, purchase, and delivery documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate stock records.
Coordinate logistics arrangements, including deliveries and shipment schedules.
Assist in HR administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Maintain proper filing and ensure all administrative records are updated.
Support daily office operations and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
