Kelayakan

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding sales preferred

  • Knowledge of air freight and sea freight services is an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive

  • Able to work independently

  • Possess own transport

Tanggungjawab

  • Identify and develop new customers for air and sea freight services

  • Promote freight forwarding and logistics solutions to potential clients

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand into new market trade lanes

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and shipment requirements

  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management
