Kelayakan

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Retail Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Distribution, Retail Operations, Wholesale Distribution, Category Management, or Commercial Operations.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Proven experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, home improvement, building materials, FMCG, automotive aftermarket, or related industries.

  • Experience managing warehouse and multi-site distribution operations.

  • Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier negotiations, inventory management, and business performance management.

  • Experience in white label product development and vendor partnership management is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence.

Tanggungjawab

Business Leadership & P&L Management

  • Own the overall business performance of the division.

  • Drive revenue growth, gross profit, EBITDA, and working capital improvement.

  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

  • Identify growth opportunities through category expansion, channel development, and strategic partnerships.

Commercial, Product & Brand Management

  • Lead commercial strategies for Local Brands, White Label Brands, and distributed products.

  • Manage product portfolio, pricing strategy, category performance, and profitability.

  • Drive product innovation, new product introduction, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute commercial, trade marketing, and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen dealer networks, improve customer retention, and expand market share.

Procurement, Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Partnership

  • Develop sourcing strategies that improve competitiveness and profitability.

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners.

  • Establish strong long-term relationships with vendors and business partners.

  • Conduct supplier business reviews and negotiate commercial terms including pricing, rebates, payment terms, and marketing support.

  • Drive margin improvement and supplier performance initiatives.

Supply Chain, Inventory & Distribution Management

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and depot operations.

  • Ensure optimal stock availability through effective demand planning and replenishment strategies.

  • Improve inventory productivity, stock turns, and working capital efficiency.

  • Drive operational excellence across warehouse, logistics, and distribution networks.

  • Ensure high service levels to retail stores and dealer networks.

Trade Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop annual promotional calendars and sales campaigns.

  • Secure vendor marketing support and co-investment opportunities.

  • Support roadshows, product launches, dealer events, and customer engagement activities.

  • Measure campaign effectiveness and commercial return on investment.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

  • Improve utilization of ERP, WMS, and business intelligence tools.

  • Drive automation, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency projects.

  • Develop performance dashboards and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Leadership & Organization Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing Supply Chain & Commercial organization.

  • Develop succession plans and talent pipelines.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and safety requirements.
