Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding operations

Experience in air freight and/or sea freight operations

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good coordination and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin

Able to work shifts and weekends

Handle air freight or sea freight shipment operations

Coordinate with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents

Arrange booking with airlines and shipping lines

Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)

Monitor shipment progress and update customers

Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and documentation requirements

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Perform other operational tasks assigned by management
