Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 preferred) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Digital Operations is preferred.
Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community guidelines.

Review and assess user-generated content (UGC), including videos, images, text, and legal notices, in accordance with client policies, community guidelines, and applicable copyright regulations.
Evaluate content moderation decisions related to copyright infringement, intellectual property, and policy compliance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Perform content review, validation, and metadata updates on a leading global social media platform to maintain platform integrity and user safety.
Conduct quality audits on moderated content and verify the accuracy of decisions prior to publication or escalation.
Identify, document, and escalate policy violations, high-risk cases, and emerging content trends to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Ensure all moderation activities comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational KPIs.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive user data and proprietary client information.
Demonstrate sound judgment when reviewing content across diverse cultural, regional, and legal contexts.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on policy interpretation, workflow optimization, and quality enhancement.
Perform moderation tasks involving repeated exposure to sensitive or potentially disturbing content, including violence, nudity, abuse, graphic imagery, hate speech, and other objectionable material, while adhering to established well-being and resilience practices.
