Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in Travel & Hospitality industry.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Proficiency in English & Mandarin. Chinese literacy is a must.

Excellent communication skills, high sense of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail, adapt changes and have passion for continuous process improvement.

Short-notice or immediate available candidate is highly preferred

Travel tour operating from ho ahead till tour finish while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;

To ensure productivity for tour handling and also control the ratio of mistake to cause financial impact;

Budget management and invoice issuance relevant fields implementation;

Facilitate in the coordination of tasks and communication with each corporate parties (Europe Network office, service vendors)

Follow up tour report/complaint handling for further investigation and compensation  requirement

Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments across quotation team and other sales office operation team;
