Kelayakan
Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Management or Property Management.
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently with good analytical skills.
Tanggungjawab
Oversee the daily operation and management of residential or commercial buildings.
Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and building services.
Maintain complete documentation, records, and statutory compliance.
Liaise with property owners, tenants, management council, contractors, and service providers.
Attend monthly Management Council meetings and prepare operational reports.
Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Resolve residents' complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Management Council.
