Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commercial or equivalent
Min 3-5 years’ experience, experience with Pharmacy / FMCG background

Tanggungjawab
Drive and build marketing strategies across all offline channels.
Develop overall marketing capabilities to facilitate critical insights about the customers and markets in the design and implementation of annual’s customer/marketing plans.
Build strong collaboration and alignment with external and internal key stakeholders (clients, local and regional cross functional team) to ensure brand strategy aligns with overall vision and business objectives.
Work on marketing campaign planning & execution, tracking, measurement, evaluation & reporting on all activities within the portfolio.
Sales & market trend analysis to support reporting and activity planning.
Competitor observation & analysis, gathering of feedback on market intelligence and competitor’s activity for reformulation of strategy.
Manage overall marketing operations and brand budget based on priority and necessary trade-off for overall performance.
Plan and develop digital strategy for the assigned brands into social media platforms.
Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company.
