Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsible with good troubleshooting skills.

Willing to travel between project sites if required.

Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and building systems.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly.

Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule.

Carry out daily site inspections and report defects.

Respond to maintenance requests from residents and tenants.

Coordinate repair works with contractors.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Maintain maintenance records and reports.
