Job Description

1. Routing

• Import salesmen routing.
• Print the Daily Sales Report (DSR) at the end of each month and submit it to the person in charge (PIC).

2. Price Increase & Marketing Materials

• Notify all relevant personnel of any agency price increase and ensure all branches receive the announcement via email or other communication channels. Also inform all affected outlets.
• Prepare price increase letters for own-brand products.
• Revamp the company catalogue and MT & GT call cards.
• Restructure and update all agency call cards and catalogues to ensure the sales team is using the latest versions.

3. Inventory Alignment

• Monitor stock levels of fast-moving, slow-moving, and NES SKUs for all agencies.
• Monitor bad stock returns from outlets and ensure they do not exceed the approved ullage allowance. If the ullage limit is exceeded, notify management immediately.

4. Sales Reports

• Update daily and weekly sales reports.
• Prepare reports requested by principals.
• Prepare reports requested by the sales team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1–2 years of proven working experience in a similar role is required.
• Possess good communication skills, be proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
