Requirement
1.      Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role in a high-volume coffee environment.

2.      In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.

3.      Strong leadership and team management skills.

4.      Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

5.      Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

6.      Understanding of inventory management and cost control.

7.      Barista certification or relevant education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Barista in our thriving coffee establishment. As the leader of our barista team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the coffee service, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Leadership and Team Management:

-        Provide effective leadership to the barista team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

-        Conduct training sessions to ensure consistency in coffee preparation, customer service, and adherence to company standards.

-        Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements.

2.      Quality Control:

-        Uphold and enforce high standards of coffee quality, presentation, and service.

-        Regularly assess and refine brewing techniques, ensuring a consistently excellent coffee experience for customers.

-        Monitor and manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.

3.      Customer Service:

-        Interact with customers, addressing their queries and feedback to enhance their overall experience.

-        Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

-        Train staff in exceptional customer service practices.

4.      Operational Efficiency:

-        Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.

-        Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the coffee bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.

5.      Financial Management:

-        Monitor and manage the budget for the barista department, including cost control and revenue generation.

-        Implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability.
