Education: UEC / Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to operate basic computer software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, responsible and well organized
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
Handle outlet administrative and financial tasks, including reconciliation, expense claims and payment processing
Verify staff attendance recordsand assist in calculatingmonthly payroll for outlet employees
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll data and staff documentation
Coordinate with outlet management regarding staff recruitment and HR matters
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations
