Job Summary

As an IT Solutions Consultant (Mandarin Speaker), you will partner with business clients to understand their operational challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions that improve efficiency and support digital transformation. You will beresponsiblefor identifying business opportunities, delivering solution consultations and product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and long-term customer success.

Job Requirements：

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT solutions, software sales, B2B sales, or solution consulting.

• Experience in solution presentations or software demonstrations.

• Good understanding of enterprise software and business technology solutions.

• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Accounting Systems is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• Develop new business opportunities and build client relationships.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.

• Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations.

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.

• Identify account growth and business opportunities.
